Position: For an upper class Spa Hotel of the 4* S category, in Hartberg Region pf Styria, we are looking for a Sous Chef m/f with experience in the upper class hotel industry as well as special diet cuisine, start immediatley.

Tasks and duties: You support the Head Chef in all duties such as Menu planning, creating new dishes, preparation of all dishes, presentation and final sending out, purchasing, stock keeping, managing and scheduling the Team, you support the kitchen Team if necessary and help realizing the economic goals.

Requirements and experience: culinary education such as an apprenticeship or culinary school is required, furthermore we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. We require high quality standards, experience with hygene and quality control management, Team player mentality who loves to take on responsability, love for detail and the profession in general, availability to work some weekends or holidays,  fluent german or english language skills are a must.

Further info, salary: Gross salary per month €2800.- min, salary upgrade is individually negotiable, for a 5 day 45 hr working week.
