Receptionist m/f in Ehrwald

Position: For a long standing client of ours, a Top 4* Hotel in Ehrwald in Tirol  we are currently looking for an experienced receptionist m/f with diversified language skills for a well paid, permanent position

Tasks: handling incoming bookings and reservations, placing offers and cancellations as well as package sales, welcoming guests at the front desk, guests bills, cash reports, coordination of all matters with other departments internally.

Requirements: finished apprenticeship or finished hotel specific education, several years of experience in a similar position in an upper class hotel, proficient german and english language skills both spoken and written, service minded and economically thinking person, passionate to work with guests, computer knowledge and knowledge of Hotel specific programs (PMS)
