RESTAURANT MANAGER

Our client, a widely known and renowned 4*S Hotel in Seefeld/Tirol has commisioned us to find an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager f/m for the dining room plus a small a la carte restaurant. Long term, permanent position, start is immediatley.

TASKS AND DUTIES: leading a dynamic team of about 15 waiters in the restaurant, scheduling of Team, planing of reservations, seat management, ordering, receiving and managing/storing goods and equipment for he restaurant, except for wines, responsible for a seamless and coordinated service procedure, coordination with the kitchen and other departments like Sommelier, keeping quality, hygene and Service standarts,

EXPERIENCE: several years of experience in a similar position in a comparable establishment, real team leader with a hands-on mentality, flexible, stress resistent, decision maker who takes on resposability, quality conscious and cost efficiency, highly motivated individual with organisational skills, good german and english language skills as well as MS-Office literate
