Für unseren Top Kunden, ein SPA Resort Hotel in Zell am See – Kaprun, ein führender Betreiber von Thermen- und Gesundheitsresorts, suchen wir ab sofort eine Reservierungs und Veranstaltungs Mitarbeiterin m/w mit Berufserfahrung und kurzfristiger Verfügbarkeit. Das exklusive 4*S Resort umfasst 211 Zimmer und bietet Österreichs größten Hotel Panorama SPA und mehr als 20.000m² SPA Wasser- & Saunawelt sowie unterschiedlichen Restaurants und Bars.
Aufgaben: Individual-, Gruppen-, Seminar- & Bankettbuchungen, Aktiver Verkauf am Gast (Up- und Cross-Selling, Umsetzung & Kontrolle der Reservierungsstandards, Erstellung & Weitergabe der Belegungs-, Seminar- & Gruppenvorschauen, Tägliche Kontrolle der Ankunftslisten des Folgetags, Verwaltung & laufende Aktualisierung der Gästedatei, Pflege & Wartung aller buchungsrelevanten Kanäle.
Anforderungen: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Reservierung / Rezeption ist Voraussetzung, Sprachkenntnisse: ausgezeichnete Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil, Teamfähigkeit, Interesse an Weiterbildung, Gäste- & serviceorientiertes Denken, Erfahrung mit Protel von Vorteil, Bereitschaft für Spät- & Wochenenddienst
Entlohnung und Zusatzinfo: Das SPA Hotel bietet eine marktkonforme & von der Qualifikation abhängige Überzahlung, je nach Vereinbarung ab 2.300,00 € bei einer 40-Stunde-Woche, an. Verpfelgung und Unterkuft werden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt, gratis Benützung der hauseigenen Einrichtungen, zudem zusätzlihce lokale und regionale Benefits.
