Head Chef m/f for Top Hotel in Leogang

Position: For an upper class Resort Hotel of the 4* Superiour category in Leogang we are looking for a Chef de Cuisine m/f with experience in the upper class hotel industry in Austria, leadership qualities and the drive to earn a fantastic salary!

Tasks and duties: Leading the operations and the kitchen Team of around 20 members as  Head Chef, the hotel cooks for daily up to 200 house guests, an a la carte Restaurant and occasional events of up to 80 guests. You are in charge of all duties such as Menu planning and execution, purchasing, stock keeping, managing and scheduling the Team, overseeing preparation of all dishes, presentation and final sending out

Requirements and experience: culinary education such as an apprenticeship or culinary school is required, furthermore we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. We require high quality standards, leadership mentality with a feel for the Crew, love for detail and the profession in general, Fluent german or english language skills are a must.
