Position: For a small family run traditional Hotel near Kufstein in Tyrol we are looking for a Head Chef m/f for the a la carte Restaurnat with experience in Austria

Tasks and duties: As Head Chef you are in charge of the entire operation, your duties include menu planning, purchasing, stock keeping, managing and scheduling the Team of 5 Chefs, as well as preparation and presentation of all dishes, Calculations as well as final responsability of food cost also counts as your responsability.

Requirements and experience: culinary education such as an apprenticeship or culinary school is required, furthermore we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leading position preferably in Austria or Germany. We require top quality standards, leadership mentality and love for the cooking profession. Some German language skills or very good English are required.

Salary and further Info: Gross salary per month €5958.- for a 6 day 48 hr working week, 14 salaries per year, Insurance package and social benefits according to Austrian law, paid vacation, free accommodation and meals are provided by the employer, free ski pass and other regional benefits as well as use of Hotel facilities

Position: Für ein familiär geführtes, gehobenes, gut bürgerliches Restaurnat suchen wir ab Dezember einen Küchenchef m/w mit Erfahrung in Österreich und dem Wunsch nach einem TOP Gehalt!

Aufgaben/Tätigkeit: Selbständige Leitung der Küche, Führung der insgesamt 5 Mitarbeiter, Erstellung der Karte und Tagesgerichte, Einkauf, Lagerhaltung, Dienstpläne, Zubereitung traditioneller, österreichischer Gerichte für ein bekanntes, sehr gutes a la carte Restaurant

Anforderungen: mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, Erfahrung in Österreich, selbständiges, organisiertes Arbeiten, umgängliche Persönlichkeit, Deutsch oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
