Head of Reception m/f in Austria

Position: For a long standing client of ours, a Top 4*S Resort in Bad Gastein, Austria, we are currently looking for an experienced head of reception m/f with diversified language skills for a well paid, permanent position

Tasks: Leading and managing the Team at the front desk, handling incoming bookings and reservations, placing offers and cancellations as well as package sales, welcoming guests at the front desk, guest bills, cash reports, coordination of all matters with other departments internally, supporting internal events at the hotel.

Requirements: finished apprenticeship or finished hotel specific education, several years of experience in a similar position in an upper class hotel, proficient german and english language skills both spoken and written, service minded and economically thinking person, passionate to work with guests, computer knowledge and knowledge of Hotel specific programs (PMS)
