Position: For a well renowned and highly reputable 4*S Hotel in Fügen in Tirol we are looking for a previously experienced Commis de Partie m/f to spend a winter season in a Top Ski Resort!
Tasks and duties: You support the Team in all duties such as mise em place, preparation, presentation and sending out of all dishes, the hotel prepares a daily set menu with 6 courses plus supplies a small, high class a la carte restaurant, traditional austrian dishes combined with modern, stylish, international dishes, the hotel has around 120 beds
Requirements and experience: We are looking for “young at heart” Commis Chefs with a minimum of one to two years working experience in a professional, upper class kitchen, furthermore we are looking for someone who is highly motivated to earn an exceptional salary, a self starter and a Team player, love for detail and the profession in general. Good english language skills are required, but no german skills necessary.
Further info: Gross salary per month €2527.- for a 6 day 48 hr working week. Full social benefits according to Austrian law, PLUS paid vacation, PLUS 2 extra salaries per year, free accommodation and free meals are provided!
