Child care professional m/f am Achensee

Position:  For a Top Client Hotel in the 4*S category we have been commissioned to look for a child care professional m/f to work in the child day care center of the hotel, previous exprience and good language skills are required.

Tasks and duties: You are in charge of the hotels child day care center and accompany children in differnet age categories of hotel guests during daytimne hours. Besides supervising them you also plan activities for the entire week, you organise indoor as well as outdoor programs, you put together weekly events where you supervise and lead the kids in the group.

Qualifications: no diploma or degree in childrens education necessary, however previous experience in working with children is required, preferrably in a hotel, exprience working with and supervising kids of different age groups, good german and english language skills are required, service and sales oriented person, computer literate and knowledge of hotel software and office applications are a big plus. Furthermore we are lloking for someone who is reliable, communicative, structured, is ready to take on responsability, is passionate for the child care profession and stress resistent.

Additional INfo and salary: The hotel offers an attractive package with a base salary of €2050.- gross montly, for a 5 day working week, overpay for highly qualified candidates, 2 additional salaries per year, full insurance coverage and social benefits according to Austrian law, food and accommodation are provided free of charge, additionalk local and regional benefits, free use of hotel facilities.
