Position: Für ein gut situiertes und bekanntes Kundenhotel, ein 4* Haus in Luzern in der SCHWEIZ suchen wir ab sofort einen Koch in der Position Chef de Partie m/w mit relevanter Berufserfahrung und Deutschkenntnissen um sich in einem internationalen Team zu etablieren.

Aufgaben/Tätigkeit: selbständige und autonome Führung eines Postens in der Küche, Zubereitung lokaler und internationaler Gerichte und Spezialitäten, Erfahrung in der gehobenen Küche und Hotellerie, Eingliederung in ein existierendes Team.

Anforderungen: mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbarer Position, eigenständiges, organisiertes Arbeiten, Kochen nach Rezept, eigenständige Kalkulationen, umgänglicher Teamplayer, stressresistente und kollegiale Persönlichkeit erwünscht, Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung

Entlohnung und Zusatzinfo: CHF 4800.- Brutto abzüglich CHF 550.- für Unterkunft im EZ und Verpfelgung, TOP Lage und erholsame Gegend, Saison- als auch Jahresstellen werden geboten, geregelte Freizeit, junges, erfahrenes und motiviertes Team, mehr Info auf Anfrage
