Chef de Partie m/w for Familiy run Hotel in Schladming

Position: For our well known and renowned client, a 4* Hotel in the summer as well as winter paradise Schladming  Austria, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie m/f with good english language skills, no german required.

Tasks and duties:  Independently running a station in the kitchen, doing calculations and order lists, cooking according to set recipies, supporting the kitchen Team with the preparation, presentation and sending out of all dishes for a daily set menu as wlel as a small a la carte restaurant, experience in the upper class hotel industry is required

Qualifications:  we are looking for someone with either a finished apprenticeship or a minimum of 3 years of experience in an upper class hotel, team player  qualities required, willing to integrate into an existing team, quality conscious, love for detail and the drive to earn an above-average salary, stress resistent, open and friendly personality, good, commucational english is necessary, no german language skills required.
